CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to change your order you must email info@akeakeake.com within 24 hours of making the order. Please send in your order and what you wish to change the order to. You will be obligated to pay any difference in price if the value is higher.
YOU DON'T HAVE MY SIZE IN STOCK?
While we are trying to navigate ourselves with online orders, please let us know via email at info@akeakeake.com or drop us a quick message on facebook if your size or style is currently out of stock. This will not guarantee your order however more stock can be ordered as soon as possible. We are thankful for your patience.
I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Please email info@akeakeake.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we will resend you a confirmation email. There could be a number of reasons why you are not receiving an email such as incorrect email or faulty website. Let us know and we can help you out.
 
HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
Unfortunately due to the current Covid 19 Red Alert situation, we are experiencing delays of up to 2-3weeks. We are doing everything in our power to ensure as prompt a delivery as possible. If you haven't received your order within 10 working days please email info@akeakeake.com.
MY PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, WHAT CAN I DO?
If it has been 10 or more working days since you placed your order and have not received it, please email us at info@akeakeake.com with your order number and we will give the tracking number to you.  It is the obligation of the customer to re-schedule a delivery day and time as we cannot do that for you.
 
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE CLOTHING I HAVE PURCHASED?
  • Please get in touch with us first, Email us at info@akeakeake.com to return or exchange an item. 
  • Ensure items are UNWORN, UNDAMAGED and in the original packaging  as Ake Ake Ake will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
  • All returned items will receive store credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online. 
  • Unfortunately we will not exchange any items for cash money unless it is faulty due to printing or material damage before purchase
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order however if you wish to change your mind please email info@akeakeake.com and we will do our best to help you out before the order gets processed. This is not 100% guaranteed however we will do our best to help you.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
Please email info@akeakeake.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we will arrange for your order to be cancelled and a refund sorted if you have paid if possible.
 
AN ITEM WAS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
Please email info@akeakeake.com us with your order number, and we will arrange for the missing item to be sent to you. This will be sent to you by the AKE AKE AKE whanau, free of charge.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
Please email info@akeakeake.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we will arrange for your item to be returned to us and the correct item shipped out.
